TERMS OF CANCELATION
If the reservation is made at least 8 days before the check-in date, the 30% deposit required at the time of booking will be retained. If the reservation is made between 7 days before the check-in date and the check-in day, a penalty of 100% of the stay fee will be applied, and the payment will not be refunded.
Any cancellation must be communicated electronically through the appropriate section in the confirmation email that arrives immediately after the reservation. The date of receipt of the cancellation communication, followed by an email from Castello di Montauto soc. semplice soc. agricola confirming it, will be considered valid.
